14 weeks post twins

Starting to feel more like myself again but can't wait to be back to 120 again. I am now 140 @ 5'7

Try this Food Diet it works I am down from 191 to 140. 16 weeks post twins :) Don't starve yourself it only stores fat trust me.

Morning

(1)Turkey burger= 200 cal, 6 grams of fat, and 35 grams of protein

(1)Tomato
(3) egg whites

(1) cup of coffee only 1 it stores fat in women.

Snack

Protein bar

Lunch (try to have this late in the day 3-4pm)

(1) meat

(1) side- veggies

Snack

fiber bar

Dinner

Slimfast shake- strawberry is the best I think.

Drink lots of water, and take a vitamin E pill for stretch marks, and Multi vitamin to help your body heal.

Favorite Show TRUEBLOOD

With season 2 in full effect I have become addicted to the twists and turns of this dramatic HBO show, TrueBlood. The characters are much better in season 2 than the last, and the storyline is amazing. If you love Hot vampires and fantasy shows or just like drama, you will love this show. Every week it will make you want to go back for more.
