
Starting to feel more like myself again but can't wait to be back to 120 again. I am now 140 @ 5'7
Try this Food Diet it works I am down from 191 to 140. 16 weeks post twins :) Don't starve yourself it only stores fat trust me.
Morning
(1)Turkey burger= 200 cal, 6 grams of fat, and 35 grams of protein
(1)Tomato
(3) egg whites
(3) egg whites
(1) cup of coffee only 1 it stores fat in women.
Snack
Protein bar
Lunch (try to have this late in the day 3-4pm)
(1) meat
(1) side- veggies
Snack
fiber bar
Dinner
Slimfast shake- strawberry is the best I think.
Drink lots of water, and take a vitamin E pill for stretch marks, and Multi vitamin to help your body heal.
